Our range of maintenance free batteries feature high generation lead calcium silver alloy. The calcium plates minimize the water loss, making the battery ultra low in maintenance. The maintenance free automotive batteries also last longer than ordinary battery because of high resistance to grid and terminal corrosion. Calcium silver alloy gives the battery very low discharge rate, this ensures that it can deliver power even after being idle for extended period of time. Lead-Calcium Silver Alloy for negative and Very Low Antimony alloy for positive plates result in negligible water loss.
Polyethylene Envelope Separator with Glass Mat prevents treeing and short circuits, enhances the electrical performance due to its high porosity and increases the life of the battery by holding up the active material in place despite bumps and vibrations.
Extra Electrolyte above the Plates ensure that the battery runs cooler and hence reduces water loss thus making it truly maintenance free.
Cold forged Terminal Inserts prevent loose connections, leakage and corrosion.
Flame arrestor provided to prevent any explosion inside the battery. It prevents any sparks or flames outside from entering the battery.
Heat-Sealed Covers prevent spillover and contamination of electrolyte and increases the integrated strength of the battery for longer life.
Polypropylene Container has high impact strength, high shock and vibration resistance even on bad roads.
